Product Information
Store all Ataii Aesthetic MD skincare products at room-temperature, away from direct sunlight. Do not leave products in hot environments such as inside of a hot car, as this can degrade the products and make them ineffective.
Shipping & Returns
Our products are available worldwide, except in countries where the direct import of cosmetics is not allowed. Please contact our customer service or reference our shipping conditions.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours in our fulfillment center and handed over to the designated carriers. (DHL, FedEX, USPS or others). Orders within Europe will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Orders within the USA will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Orders within the Middle East will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Rest of the World within 10 business days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and intent to return your order, you may arrange an exchange or a return within 14 days of receipt of the order. In any case, our Customer Care Center will assist you.
Our products are shipped free of charge; in certain countries additional charges may apply for orders below US$ 99.00 or above.
You will receive a tracking number within 36 hours of order placement.
If you wish to change your delivery address, please email within 24 hours of order placement. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the delivery address on processed orders.
